I love these periodic shoots with the Boeschen family — it’s bizarre to see the power of six months in the life of a tiny human.

The majority of my time with the Abney’s was spent running around Hampton Park. I loved watching Sam and Celia as they made new discoveries — the wonder of a falling leaf or the exhiliration of hide-and-seek in the gazebo. These two are filled to the brim with spunk and personality.
Little Henry Lata could not be any cuter. Sweet and thoughtful with the widest blue eyes.
And Emilee is the most natural mama — their bond palpable and serene. It was so nice, spending a morning with these two.
Wells is a sweetheart. He’s a high-speed crawler, despises sitting still, giggles easily, loves a giraffe, and makes about a thousand cute faces per minute.
Photographing babies is wonderful. Having nannied and babysat for much of my life, I was starting to miss that newborn smell.
I fell in quick love with this red-roofed house and white picket fence. Celia has the best giggle and was endlessly happy throughout our shoot, despite the ninety-something degree weather. What a champ.
