It was such a privilege to contribute a small part to Kinfolk Magazine’s Holiday Issue. I share some thoughts on growing up in the kitchen alongside my mom and a recipe for truffle cauliflower soup.
This issue, Volume 6, is a real beauty. Families and holidays, traditions and memories — the smell of Fraser fir practically emanates from the pages. Snag a copy here.

The recipe for cauliflower soup calls for 1 tablespoon of nutmeg which seems to be wrong. ? one teaspoon.
