labor day08/31/12
Maybe we’re jumping the gun with the euculyptus mistletoe, but we’re pretty excited for Labor Day* around here. It means that the steaminess in Charleston will soon be breaking (fingers crossed), and that crisp mornings, butternut squash, and longer bike ridesĀ are just around the corner. I missed fall in Charleston last year, so I plan on making up for lost time.
*Last year at this time. Spending Labor Day on a moped in a small town in France with an icy nose and a ridiculous helmet.

That is so cute. I am so ready for fall.
Agreed! Love sUmmer, but nothing beats the fall months. Also – such a cute pIcTure! Xo
you two are adorable. i’ve been reading your blog for awhile now and absolutely love it! yah love! :) and pretty things! have a great weekend!
i love that you’re going to make up for fall in charleston this year, but fall in France on a moped is not too shabby either :)
You both are too adorable! I can’t wait for fall, and I am also wishing for the cooler weather to arrive. The humidity and heat is getting old!
you two are so cute. to be honest i am not ready to say goodbye to summer. it went by way to quickly this year. but i am looking forward to seasonal fall meals.
Love the photo! With August being one giant heat wave here in Los Angeles, I can’t wait for fall!
So cute!

Ohh, man. Charleston sounds absolutely lovely. :) I miss living in the south sometimes…
By the way — I stumbled upon your blog this afternoon and I love it! The gorgeous imagery caught my eye… I am not surprised you are a photographer as well. :)

This photo is simply beautiful. You remind me of Jane Bennet (played by Rosamund Pike) from Pride and Prejuice!
