   peacocks are soooo rad. i love them. they are everywhere in hawaii, and their noises are soooo loud!! beautiful creatures.

    My parents took to Peterson’s rock Garden when I was a kid and there were tons of peacocks just roaming freely around the property. I remember being totally infatuated with them…

    Just yesterday my husband and I stepped out of our apartment–in the middle of the bustling city of Pasadena, mind you–and two peacocks were strolling down the sidewalk! It was like seeing royalty! They never get old. If you have the timE and the inclination, read Flannery O’Connor’s essay “King of the Birds.” Brilliant.
