Before this trip to the Northwest, I had never seen a redwood in real life.
While in Portland, Blake and I spent a whole day wandering around The Arboretum, totally in awe.

The PNW is one of the places I cannot wait to see one day! Although I have to admit, I only had that urge after reading Twilight for the first time *blushes*

I live 10 minutes away from an arboretum and i love to wander around, so many beautiful unknown (to me) trees
That’s one place that is on my list of places to visit. An acquaintance of mine just came back from there as well with dozens of beautiful pictures. I’m in awe of them.
I Have never been there regardless of having lived in Portland. I must visit!

As a nature-lover like myself… trees are breathtakingly beautiful to me… but I remember when I saw my first redwood tree. Was actually just this summer… I was in awe. So majestic! And beautiful.
