Clearly, brunch has become my favorite meal as of late. There's something so nice about a lazy Sunday morning spent feasting with friends and family that brings the weekend to a perfect end. But brunch at Fuel is an amazing experience in its own right; set in a beautifully redone gas station with an outdoor paradise, large mimosas (four dollars) and fruit drizzled with orange blossom honey? Yes please.
The other perfect thing about brunch is that it satisfies everyone - plenty of sweet breakfast options and plenty of savory lunch options. Isabel and I went in completely opposite directions (yogurt, fruit and granola versus black bean burger and sweet potato fries) and my mom was somewhere in the middle with a garden vegetable scramble topped with sharp melted cheese.
I want to go to brunch at Fuel every single Sunday forever, starting now. Can someone please hold me to this?
