This weekend I saw I Am Love. It was the most powerful, poignant, breathtakingly beautiful film I have ever seen, and I will probably be thinking about it for the rest of my life.

cozy white bed that i love very much.

After too many mornings of waking up before five a.m. last week (for no reason), I truly appreciated sleeping in my cozy white bed.

The farmers' market on Saturday made me even happier than usual. When I went up to pay for my (three quarts of) heirloom tomatoes, my heirloom tomato man told me to go back and get the extra-pretty quarts he packaged for me, hidden on the bottom left, because "he knows how much I love them." I love him.

I made peanut butter chocolate chip cookies, one of my favorite sweets I usually refrain from making due to my lack of control around anything containing peanut butter... but it was worth it.
